Bank of China is one of the TOP 4 state-owned banks in China. The volume of this tender is about 400000 chip cards, ranging from 8K to 32K, complied with EMV and China UnionPay standard or co-branded. With the EMV migration in China, Eastcompece established special EMV R&D and marketing team and put extra resources to get complete chip card manufacturing and personalization certificates from VISA, Mastercard and China UnionPay. The winning of this tender is an important step in Eastcompeace's development to be a major player in the banking market in China.
